Teaching Isn't Just a Job

It's What I'm Meant to Do

"For nearly 20 years, I've had the privilege of watching students transform from 'I can't say it right' to 'I sound exactly how I want to sound.' And honestly? It never gets old."

How it all started.

THE BEGINNING

I've always been obsessed with English—how it sounds, how it connects the world. It started at secondary school, helping classmates with grammar. That "Ohhh, now I get it!" moment? I was hooked.

THE COMMITMENT

I went all in: Bachelor's, Master's in English Philology, Post-graduate studies in Business and Legal English Translations. But I wanted more than knowledge—I wanted to be part of people's success.

THE LEAP

So I got my CELTA, packed my bags, and moved to Central London. That's where everything changed.

THE OBSESSION

I taught hundreds of students every week. Every nationality. Every pronunciation challenge. I became obsessed with fixing articulation problems. My speaking classes were always packed. The transformations were magic.

THE CHOICE

I worked up to senior teacher, then academic manager. But what I really loved? One-to-one coaching. Real transformation.

THE PASSION

That's what I do now. Nearly 20 years in, watching someone finally sound confident in English? Still never gets old.

“every student I meet Already Speaks English in their head.”

my Job is to help them get it out of their head and into the world.

Here's what I believe:

You're not broken. Your English isn't "bad." You just haven't had the right support.

Most English teachers focus on what's wrong. I focus on what's possible.

Yes, I'll correct your pronunciation. Yes, I'll expand your vocabulary. Yes, I'll help you sound more natural. But more importantly? I'll make sure you feel safe whilst we do it.

Because here's the truth: you can't learn when you're afraid of making mistakes. You can't improve when you're embarrassed to try. And you definitely can't sound confident when someone is judging every word you say.

That's why my students always say the same thing: "I feel safe with you."

Safe to ask "stupid" questions (spoiler: there are no stupid questions)

Safe to make mistakes (that's literally how you learn)

Safe to practice difficult sounds over and over until you get them right

Safe to say "I don't understand" without feeling ashamed

This isn't soft teaching. This is smart teaching.

When you feel safe, you take risks. When you take risks, you improve. When you improve, you gain confidence. And when you're confident? That's when the magic happens.

How I actually help you

  • 01

I meet you where you are.

No judgment about your level. Whether you're B1 or C1, struggling with basic pronunciation or fine-tuning advanced expressions—we start with what YOU need right now.

  • 02

    I pinpoint your specific challenges.

Not generic advice. I identify YOUR pronunciation patterns (often based on your native language), YOUR vocabulary gaps, YOUR grammar blind spots. Then we fix them systematically.

  • 03

I build materials around your life.

Want to improve for job interviews? We practise interview scenarios. Preparing a presentation? We rehearse that. Need better small talk? We work on conversational phrases. Everything is tailored to YOUR goals and YOUR reality.

  • 04

    I give you continuous feedback.

Not just "good job." Real, specific, actionable feedback: "Your 'th' sound needs your tongue between your teeth, like this..." or "Instead of saying 'I think maybe,' try 'I believe' to sound more confident."

  • 05

    I stay available.

This isn't a "see you next week" relationship. Especially in my Personal Coaching Programme, I'm checking in, sending you voice messages, answering your questions, and making sure you're actually practising between sessions.

  • 06

    I celebrate your wins.

Every small improvement matters. Nailed that difficult word? We celebrate. Used a new expression naturally? I'm cheering. Felt confident in a meeting? That's a victory. Progress isn't always linear, but I make sure you see how far you've come

What Makes Students Stay…

THE SAFE SPACE

“I've never felt judged. Even when I make the same mistake five times, Gosia just patiently shows me again." – Maria, Spain

You can ask anything. Mess up endlessly. Take your time. No eye-rolling, no impatience, no making you feel small.

THE AVAILABILITY

"Gosia sends me voice messages between sessions with pronunciation tips. I've never had a teacher who cared that much." – Luca, Italy

I don't disappear between sessions. I'm here, supporting you, keeping you accountable, cheering you on.

THE PERSONAL ATTENTION

"She remembers everything about my goals, my struggles, even the presentation I mentioned weeks ago." – Otto, Switzerland

This isn't a factory. Every lesson is about YOU. Your goals, your challenges, your progress.

THE ENCOURAGEMENT

"She makes me believe I can actually sound natural in English. That's something no other teacher has done." – Ana, Brazil

I see your potential even when you don't. And I'll remind you of it every time you doubt yourself.

THE REAL RESULTS

"I got the promotion. My manager specifically mentioned my improved communication skills." – Karolina, Poland

This isn't therapy. We're here for results. And you'll see them, in weeks, not years.

THE EXPERTISE

"20 years of experience shows. She knows exactly what Polish speakers struggle with and how to fix it." – Piotr, Poland

I've worked with hundreds of students. I've seen every mistake, every struggle, every breakthrough. I know what works.

Is This You?

I work best with students who:

✓ Understand English but struggle to speak fluently

You can read articles, understand conversations, maybe even write well, but speaking? That's where you get stuck.

✓ Feel ashamed or embarrassed about their pronunciation

You avoid certain words because you're not sure how to say them. You apologise for your English even though you've been learning for years.

✓ Keep using the same limited vocabulary

You know there are better, more natural ways to express yourself, but the words just don't come when you need them.

✓ Need English for professional reasons

Job interviews, presentations, client meetings, relocating to an English-speaking country, your career depends on clear communication.

✓ Are tired of generic courses and want personalised attention

You've tried apps, group classes, YouTube videos. They help a little, but you need someone who actually understands YOUR specific challenges.

✓ Are ready to invest in themselves

Not looking for a quick fix or magic solution. You're willing to practise, take feedback, and do the work, with the right support.

Sound like you?

When I'm not working, you'll find me:

Hunting down the perfect croissant in whatever city I'm in

(it's become a bit of an obsession, if I'm honest).
